Cija Rattan Table Lamp – Natural

The small Cija lamp is perfectly sized for a bedside table, offering a warm, ambient glow ideal for winding down. It features a woven rattan shade that softly diffuses light through its natural fibres, creating a gentle and calming atmosphere. The wicker work is skilfully woven, and the natural tones are warm and soothing, bringing texture, craftsmanship, and a touch of nature into your space. Please note lighting does not include bulbs.

India has a rich heritage of weaving rattan and it is an important cultural tradition. The cultivation of rattan has delayed deforestation in some areas, this is because it has become such a valuable material that logging has been stopped to allow rattan growth. Handweaving with rattan is a traditional skill that we are looking to support through our designs.

To care for your rattan lamp, we recommend using a soft-bristle brush to regularly remove any built up dust. Be sure to unplug the item before cleaning. Due to the natural material, please do not use any harsh chemical cleaning products.
