Kawani Mango Wood Lantern – Dark Ash

Perfect for atmospheric evenings, our stylish Kawani lantern has an elegant neck that slopes into a generous organic form and sits perfectly in its etched solid mango wood base. The contrasting glass and wood design creates a wonderfully tactile piece that brings understated style to a living space. We use recycled glass to make this lantern. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities. It is then crushed and melted down before being hand-blown into a mould to create the beautiful shape. The base is crafted from mango wood, which is typically a by-product of mango farming. We love it for the natural variations of the grain that shine through in our finished pieces. The dark stain offers an alternative to our trademark natural mango wood finish.

To care for your lantern, we recommend regularly wiping with a soft, dry cloth to prevent the build up of dust or dirt. We recommend a microfiber cloth in the circular motion for the glass. To remove excess wax, use warm water with a mild dish soap, be sure to dry immediately and do not soak. Indoor use only. Please position the candle securely and ensure that the flame is not directed at the glass. This product will get hot in use. Keep out of reach of children. Wait until fully cooled before handling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
