Soria Mango Wood Lazy Susan – Natural

Inspired by rustic serving boards, we have designed the handmade Soria collection to bring a relaxed feel to summer dining and entertaining. The decorative etching adds a layer of stylish detail and texture to this functional piece, while rotating to serve up breads and cheeses, or dips and crudites with ease, or acting as a backdrop to mouthwatering grazing boards. These are a lovely additions to the kitchen, bringing a touch of laid back style.

The mango wood we use is a by-product of mango farming. Mango trees are initially grown for their fruit, and harvested over a number of years, then once the trees have stopped bearing fruit, they are cut down to allow farmers to plant more trees. Selling the waste material also provides the farmers with a supplementary income.

To care for your mango wood wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry immediately. To nourish and protect the natural wood rub an edible oil such as olive oil or walnut oil into the surface with a cloth. Please note adding oil may darken the tone of the wood. Due to the natural beauty of these items there may be changes to the colour over time.
